CONTRACTOR NETWORK DELIVERY MANAGER
Do you know what a solid network of suppliers should look like and how to get it? We are looking for a Contractor Network Delivery Manager, who will take charge of building a portfolio of trusted contractor field engineers within the Home Improvement and Renewable Energy sector.

This role does exactly what it says on the tin! As a Complaints Officer, you will be the face and voice for our clients; logging and handling complaints made by consumers within the Home Improvements and Renewable Energy industry.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION OFFICER

As a Dispute Resolution Officer, no two cases are the ever same, so you will be providing a consistently high level of service and work within our SLAs. SENIOR CLAIMS OFFICER
This role is all about investigating and resolving high value claims within the Home Improvements and Renewable Energy industry. As a Senior Claims Officer, you will be handling complex cases on behalf of banks, insurers, retailers amongst others.
With end-to-end responsibility of your cases, you will validate the claim by making initial contact with the complainant, gathering evidence and and deciding what investigative actions are required. GENERAL MANAGER – INSTALLATIONS

Careers at QASSS – behind the scenes
We have many different careers at QASSS and here we introduce you to mediation and the dispute resolution team.
Impartiality is the fundamental requirement of a mediator; whose role consists of resolving a conflict between two parties who disagree. Their role is not to take sides but to reach a fair conclusion that both parties are happy with.
Mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) involve much more than appears on the surface. Much like in other job roles, incorporating a human element into your work remains an important element. Although mediation isn’t based on relationship building between the mediator and the separate parties, it does help those involved to know they are being listened to, heard and respected in a human manner. If mediators approached conflicts robotically, mediation wouldn’t be as successful as it is.

As a company we have only required mediation a small amount of times since becoming a member and found that they have a very fair, independent approach to this, not siding with either the customer or the company; just direct mediation, without emotion, drawing the line based on facts of the contractual agreement. All in all, it has given our customers the confidence to spend more money and given us as a company more confidence to engage with larger contracts, knowing we have the independent service sitting between both parties.
Everything was done very professionally but also with compassion and understanding. I am sure they have to deal with very worried and angry customers but their knowledge and calmness shines through. It’s wonderful to have a company that really knows what it’s doing on your side.
