Ciarán joined the company at the start of 2019 as Operations Director, following leadership roles in aviation, telecommunications and automotive.
Vicky manages all things marketing for QASSS. She brings a wealth of B2B and B2C senior-level experience in marketing, business development and account management from a variety of sectors including retail, transport and professional services.
Scott joined the company in 2019 as Commercial Director, following a 35-year career spanning the insurance, financial services and the construction sector.

As the Quality Assurance Manager for QASSS Dawn is responsible for the Quality Management System, understanding the needs of our customers and developing both policy and process to meet these needs.
As the Outsourced Services Manager for QASSS, Laura is responsible for providing a first-class service to our clients.
Tracy is very proud to be part of the QASSS ADR team, of which she is responsible for mediating complaints for consumers and installers.
As one of the newest members of the Complaint Handling Team, Alan is looking forward to building new and established relationships with our clients to meet and satisfy the needs of their customers.
Angela joined in September 2021 as a Complaint Handler within a dedicated team to help resolve complaints for our clients and customers.
As the Senior Claims Officer for QASSS, Harriet is responsible for triaging claims to find resolution and coordinate and implement cost-effective solutions for clients and customers.

As a company we have only required mediation a small amount of times since becoming a member and found that they have a very fair, independent approach to this, not siding with either the customer or the company; just direct mediation, without emotion, drawing the line based on facts of the contractual agreement. All in all, it has given our customers the confidence to spend more money and given us as a company more confidence to engage with larger contracts, knowing we have the independent service sitting between both parties.

The benefit from a business point of view is the impartial focus given by the officer that interacts with both parties, normally we as the supplier have exhausted all avenues to bring the situation to a satisfactory end, the input and advice given can be hard to swallow but is normally fair and reasonable and will be accepted by both parties prior to any outcome being finalised.
