Angela joined in September 2021 as a Complaint Handler within a dedicated team to help resolve complaints for our clients and customers.
Angela enjoys the challenge each day brings and working with a great bunch of people. She provides an exceptional level of customer service, showing empathy whilst solving problems, and handling complaints in a timely and professional fashion.
Outside of QASSS, Angela’s family and her dog keep her busy and she loves spending as much time as possible with them. Angela enjoys reading and travel, particularly getting away for the odd city break. She also enjoys walks around the lakes and socialising and eating out with her family and friends.
