As the Dispute Resolution Manager at QASSS Charlotte is responsible for the customer-facing departments which are Customer Support and Administration, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Remedial Works Management.
Charlotte’s role is to ensure that all departments work together and in line with the scheme rules and code of practice ensuring they deliver excellent service at all times and within industry requirements for all schemes within QASSS.
Charlotte feels that what we do is something very special and something she is personally very proud of. She believes helping people is what we are good at and all the team is very passionate about what they do.
In her spare time Charlotte loves to be outside in the fresh air. She is not a great lover of the indoors even if it’s raining, she would rather be out than in. Charlotte has a keen interest in bees and hopes to be able to keep them one day. She also likes to go walking wherever the wind takes her but loves to spend a lot of time at her local beach breathing in the sea air with the sand beneath her feet.
