As the Quality Assurance Manager for QASSS Dawn is responsible for developing and managing the Quality Management System to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 and drive continuous improvement for both the business and, ultimately, our customers.
Dawn is responsible for the accreditation process and ongoing monitoring of our customers. She enjoys the interaction with customers and being able to offer support to maintain the highest standards of consumer care.
In her spare time, Dawn enjoys keeping fit, although she believes her body disagrees strongly as she has aches where she didn’t know she had muscles! Relaxing with a good book & chilling with her two Jack Russells is her favourite pastime.
