As the Quality Assurance Manager for QASSS Dawn is responsible for the Quality Management System, understanding the needs of our customers and developing both policy and process to meet these needs.
Dawn is responsible for driving continuous improvement for both the business and its customers. She enjoys interaction with both colleagues and customers to be able to offer support to maintain the highest standards of service.
In her spare time, Dawn enjoys keeping fit, although she believes her body disagrees strongly as she has aches where she didn’t know she had muscles! Relaxing with a good book & chilling with her two Jack Russells is her favourite pastime.
