As the Senior Claims Officer for QASSS, Harriet is responsible for triaging claims to find resolution and coordinate and implement cost-effective solutions for clients and customers.
Within her role, she provides dedicated assistance to both clients and customers, and also colleagues whenever needed and no two days at QASSS are ever the same!
With a background in customer service, Harriet is a highly organised and effective communicator. Her proactive approach means that she delivers excellent customer outcomes throughout the claims lifecycle, doing the right thing for our customers and clients.
In her spare time, Harriet’s time is fulfilled by her two young sons. They enjoy being outdoors, going for walks, eating out, and generally spending time together as a family.
