As the Senior Administration and Customer Support Officer for QASSS, Harriet is responsible for ensuring that the administrative processes for the business are delivered in a professional and effective manner.
Within her role, she provides assistance to consumers, members and also colleagues whenever needed. Her varied role stems from switchboard calls, first-line complaints, member enquiries and much more – no two days at QASSS are ever the same!
Harriet loves that our main goal is to assist and help people, something Harriet is passionate about.
In her spare time, Harriet’s time is fulfilled by her two young sons. They enjoy being outdoors, going for walks, eating out and generally spending time together as a family.
