Within the service delivery team, Jonathon’s main responsibility is to welcome and assist new customers across the schemes.
Jonathon helps customers on a day to day basis often over the phone but also face to face. Jonathon prides himself on being readily available to current and potential customers and having an in-depth knowledge of the home improvement industry. Jonathan believes at QASSS he can be himself with customers and speak to customers in a real person to person manner.
He’s a fun person to have around the office and, with becoming a recent Dad, he feels the need to keep up appearances by telling a daily Dad joke or two! You’ll usually find Jonathon in the gym every morning at 04:30 allowing himself to keep performing at a high level with his main passion American football.
