As part of the Customer Support team, Kim’s role includes identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction by building sustainable relationships of trust through transparent and interactive communication.

Kim deals with inbound/outbound calls to both customers and members, scheme enquiries, ensuring tasks are carried out within a specified time frame, actioning any amendment requests, organising members’ stationery and general admin duties.

Out of work, Kim loves travelling, eating out and visiting her kids who are currently furthering their education and avoiding the reality of adulthood.
