Sarah joined in January 2021 to assist in new client acquisition and onboarding for our resolution services, including complaint handling and dispute resolution.
Sarah brings over 7 years’ experience of building relationships with companies within the home improvement and construction sector & is very much looks forward to working with many more.
Previously a Marketing Sales Manager for a planning and home improvements publication, Sarah loves to chat and gain the trust and confidence from companies, emphasising that she wouldn’t be phoning the company unless it was of use and benefit to them.
A mum of 2 (son and daughter) and a wife, Sarah is always on the go and outside of work, and as well as being a busy mum, Sarah is also known locally as ‘DJ Sass’, singing and entertaining within the hospitality industry. Having never left the UK, Sarah’s one goal is to eventually get a holiday abroad (nearly happened in 2020 but cancelled due to COVID). Watch this space!
