QASSS Ltd is a Private Limited Company. Registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 13041330 at 11th Floor, 3 Piccadilly Place, Manchester, M1 3BN.

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Uploading content to our site

Jurisdiction and applicable law
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

We hope that you find using QASSS an easy and straightforward process, however we realize that on occasions things may go wrong. - The name of the business you were in dispute with
- Details of the complaint
- Where you feel we’ve let you down
- Any relevant evidence in support of your complaint

What happens with your complaint?
Your complaint will be acknowledged by a member of staff who will then forward it to the Quality Assurance Manager for QASSS. They will then examine the complaint and respond to you as soon as possible with their findings.
